An ACMA, Geraldine Stewart’s early career was spent with Harvard Securities, NM Schroder and Fidelity in accounting roles.  Her interest in training and development was evident then through in-house programmes for non-accountants she personally developed and delivered.  In 1993 Geraldine joined Fidelity’s prestigious Equity Research Team where, over the next 7 years, she provided investment recommendations on a number of industries including Support Services and Distributors, Metals, Mining and Extractive Industries and Pan-European Insurance.  In 2000 she took on the newly created role of Director Of Equity Research Associates, working with the grad intake of Associates and grooming them to Analyst level within a competitive ‘up or out’ environment.  In 2002 Geraldine was promoted to Head of Pan-European Equity Research where she managed a team of 75 highly talented investment professionals and supporting functions.  From 2007 to 2009 Geraldine was Head of Investments – Multi-Manager Group where she rebuilt the Multi-Manager Investment Team and oversaw the successful integration of the Multi-Manager Team into the Investment Solutions Group.

In 2011 Geraldine undertook accredited training with Coaching Development in London and formalised her role as an Executive Coach. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation.  Geraldine found her skill set much in demand from professionals in the city who valued her intuitive approach to coaching culminating from her highly successful career as a business leader with proven ability to attract, develop, coach and mentor high calibre individuals. Geraldine has a genuine interest in supporting high performing businesses by leveraging human capital.  She currently works with individuals, teams and organisations who aspire to perform to their maximum potential.

Geraldine is involved in a number of business start-ups including The Analyst (http://www NULL.theanalyst NULL.co NULL.uk/) where she is a Non-Executive Director and Principal Adviser.  She is also a member of a Business Angel Network.
