Coaching Contract

Geraldine Stewart specialises in coaching high achievers working within fast moving, complex environments. During an Initial Consultation she aims to get a thorough understanding of why the clients seeks coaching and indeed why they might come to her specifically.  The Initial Consultation is usually where the Coaching Contract is laid down so it is the most important part of any Coaching program.

Coaching with Geraldine will always include a confidentiality clause so that a safe environment can be created to facilitate an open and honest discussion.  This is vital to be able to move forward with the issues the client wishes to examine and resolve. Coaching goals will then be identified together with an understanding of the type of challenges that may threaten the success of the program.

Subsequently a personalised coaching plan will be drawn up outlining the agreed agenda, coaching inputs, review and feedback sessions, and overall cost. Subject to client approval (and/or that of the sponsoring organisation) a timetable will be agreed.

The contract will include a cancellation clause.  In order for coaching to be effective both coach and client will want to be committed to the agreed outcomes and prepared to make coaching appointments a priority.
